Booth Payment
All the exhibitors should complete their remaining payments, not later than August 4, 2008 in order to secure their booth reservations. Please inquire about your balance, if you do not know.

Extra-Equipments Reservation and Payment
Should you need any extra-equipment for your booth, please check the exhibitor’s manual for the equipment pictures and due fees. Payment-for-Confirmation still applies here because some of the items are limited in number. Here is the SWIFT code for wire transfer for the extra exquipment

An Exhibitors’ Catalogue is published for 12^th MÜSİAD Fair. Please fill up the Form 3 to be included in the Exhibitors’ Catalogue.

Visa Requirement
Turkey applies visa to certain countries. You can check www.mfa.gov.tr if you need visa to travel. For those who need visa, we can issue a visa support letter to our diplomatic mission in your country which will contain your complete name, company details, passport number and nationality. However, this is in no way a guarantee of your visa which is at our diplomatic mission’s discretion.

Hotel Accommodation
Due to several international events taking place in Istanbul during our events, there may be risk of finding available rooms. MÜSİAD has preferred Grand Cevahir Hotel as the main event hotel. Please acquire the form (from website or from our office) and make your reservation early to ensure your accommodation option. Only, sending your credit card information will confirm your accommodation. This will only block the due amount via getting provision from your credit card in order to confirm your staying. Actual charging will take place during your check-in to the hotel.

Pick-up Services
If you fill our hotel reservation form properly and inform us of your travel details, we can arrange airport-hotel transfer to Grand Cevahir Hotel and to other of our designated hotels free of charge.

We welcome all the potential exhibitors to the 12th MUSIAD International Trade Fair.

• Manufacturers from different countries visit the MUSIAD Fairs to enlarge their market to Turkey, find partners and dealers, besides participating as exhibitors.
• Because of its stragtegic location vis-a-vis logistics and infrastructure, our exhbitors and visitors met business people from different countries and enlarged their business prospects beyond Turkish market.
• Our minimum stand area is 15sqm, which includes includes 1 table, 2 chairs, carpet tiled floor, octonorom partition, fascia, name plate and 5 spotlights.
• Hotel-airport-hotel and hotel-fair ground-hotel transfers are available for all the exhibitors as well as visitors..
• Allocation of the booths is at MUSIAD's discretion in consideration for sector integrity of booth in the fair halls.
