As a biggest businessmen group visited Lithuania, MUSIAD delegation visit to Vilnius was organized on 25-28 February 2010. MUSIAD signed MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with LPK (Lithuanian Industrialists Confederation).

The delegation, headed by Mr. Nail Olpak, vice-chairman of MUSIAD, consisted of 32 Turkish businessmen who had mutual business meetings with their 55 Lithuanian counterparts.

Within seminar program, MOU between MUSIAD and LPK was signed under the witness of Ambassador of Lithuania in Ankara and Ambassador of Turkiye in Vilnius for cooperation in developing bilateral business relations and setting up a Turkish-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce after the presentations of LDA (Lithuanian Development Agency), ISPAT (Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Turkey) and Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

MUSIAD representatives also visited Vice-Minister of Economy, Lithuania and LATIA (Lithuanian Apparel and Textile Industry Association) to introduce MUSIAD and its activities.

During these meetings, 13th MUSIAD International Fair was promoted to the mentioned organizations and Lithuanian businessmen. MUSIAD will be in cooperation with these organizations to ensure the participation of Lithuanian delegation to the fair event.
